I was worried with covid that they weren't going to be doing home service but lynx exceeded my expectations. I received a response from the owner after five minutes of sending a yelp quote request. We spoke briefly about what I needed and scheduled a time for that day. The technician arrived on the early side of the window, made no attempts to upsell, finished quickly, and provided after care instructions. Lynx made me very happy with their service, price and attentiveness. I hope to never need them again but if I do they will be my first call.
