Called Mel and he was ready to come to me...I arranged a place to meet to fix a running crack in my windshield and he met me right on time. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job filling in and stopping the crack. Very pleased. These types of repairs can always be iffy, but someone who's been doing this since 1996, I'm in. Will call Mel again if needed.
